Users can record when their period starts and track their cycle over time. The bot helps users understand their cycle patterns.
Daily Well-Being Check-ins
Every day, the bot asks users about their current well-being, mood, and overall state. Users can select from more than 20 different physical and emotional states.
Mood Journal
Daily responses are saved as a personal well-being journal, allowing users to look back at how they felt throughout different stages of their cycle.
Cycle Statistics
The bot collects users’ data and presents statistics that help identify patterns in mood, well-being, and cycle-related changes.
Smart Notifications
Her Flow sends automated notifications and reminders at different stages of the tracking process, including follow-ups after 3, 5, and 7 days.
The Result
The result is a convenient Telegram-based cycle and well-being tracker that combines period tracking, approximate ovulation tracking, mood journaling, daily check-ins, statistics, and automated reminders in one simple experience.
